Shipments and Returns

Your packaged product:

We ship within the US and international via USPS. Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and delivered without signature. If you prefer delivery by USPS Priority with required signature and/or insurance, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. All USPS packages include tracking numbers to track delivery of packages.

Shipping fees include handling and packaging costs as well as postage costs.  We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. First Class and Priority Mail options are available to locations in the US and Canada. All other International orders will be shipped Priority Mail International. Orders over $50 qualify for FREE First Class Mail on domestic shipments.

We use tough corrugated cardboard sleeves and mailing tubes to ship all of our vinyl wall products. The USPS does a great job at handling and delivering our products nicely intact.

Once packages are ready for shipment and handed to USPS for delivery, Vinyl Craze is not liable for damage caused in transit, or for particles or packages that may have been stolen or lost in transit. These instances must be handled with USPS, or other mail carrier used. By placing an order with Vinyl Craze, you agree to these terms.

 Returns:

Because all orders are custom made especially for you with your desired choice of color, size and personalization, we do not accept returns. Please consider size and color choices carefully prior to submitting your order. If you are unsure of a color or the compatibility of our vinyl products for your intended surface, you may purchase a sample pack from us that will include a sample decal and color samples of your choice.
